Zvi Ish-Shalom, Ph.D., is a spiritual teacher, evolutionary guide, world wisdom scholar, Jewish mysticism expert, author, healer, and an embodiment specialist. He is the guiding teacher of Kedumah and the Soulship, founder of the Kedumah Institute, and a professor of wisdom traditions at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado.
Zvi is an ordained rabbi and a descendant of a long line of Hasidic rabbis and scholars. He was raised in an Orthodox community in Brooklyn, New York and served as a congregational rabbi for five years. He also holds a Ph.D. from Brandeis University in Jewish Thought, with a specialization in Jewish Mysticism. He has extensive training and experience in a wide range of world wisdom traditions, ancient and contemporary forms of meditation, yoga, tai chi, somatic therapies, movement practices, western psychology, and is also a certified Rolfer.
